Absolute and total confidence in them

I'm a single mum who knows nothing about cars except that she needs one for her job. Harrisons really went above and beyond in their patience and communication and overall service. They were clear and honest, they understood my individual needs and treated me accordingly, the price I was charged was more than reasonable considering the work carried out - and also the speed at which they completed it. (I had my car back the following day. My friend, an experienced mechanic, has since visited on holiday and was extremely impressed.)
As somebody in rather a vulnerable and desperate predicament (no car knowledge / my car not safe to drive leaving me stranded with my baby and unable to work) I would have been very easy to take advantage of. But I was looked after to the highest standard, treated with the utmost warmth and respect, and my car runs better now than it ever has. When I went to pick it up it gleamed like a brand new car right out of the showroom.
First time I had used Harrisons, but I won't go anywhere else from now on.
